Reason why I'm posting this in Scam Busters is because I don't have any chatlogs to prove it but...
At first, I was selling my Runescape account for 3 unused CD keys and he contacted me. He seemed very legit, we tried working out a deal, but nothing ever worked out. We still talked about various things even though no deal happened. He also linked me to a rep thread on a different site..(Sythe). Eventually I went to bed and we stopped talking. About two days later (yesterday) I updated the thread saying I was accepting a vanilla and BC key...
He contacted me again, saying he would do it for just two keys but asked if we could use a middle man to make sure the recovery questions worked. I told him if he paid for it that was fine. He told me that he had an appointment in 10 minutes. We talked for a bit, and after about 8 minutes or so in, he asked if he could log on the account to see what exactly it had.
At first he said it was wrong, then he just said he typed it wrong. He confirmed that it worked (he said "ahh there we go") but then asked if I could retype it... I told him I would check myself to see what was up.
I tried logging in and it said it was incorrect (worked fine yesterday)
I know the original owner of the Runescape account and I talk to him daily. Before, we had a huge mess come up and I offered the Runescape account back to him for free, he denied saying he was done with that game and he got what he wanted. (Warcraft account). So I know it wasn't him, because he could've gotten it free...
Ysondre told me he would be back in an hour from his appointment, and that we could work out a deal then. (Waited two hours, he never showed...)
I thought Ysondre was legit since he practically "owns" the Runescape thread by offering high end pures. (even though their all botted but whatever)
I would've taken more precaution but quite frankly it's Runescape, so I didn't really care.

PS - the pending process for the Runescape account is still pending...
I'm guessing he sold / traded / dropped the main items on the account and tried to getting it banned. (I got an E-Mail saying the account was locked, I wasn't sure if it was because I was trying to recover it or he spammed in game or something..)
