Now there are a couple of things to note, he claims that he wants the account for his own purposes in the first conversations as hes some Diamond player in North America but has to quit due to lag issues? So he wanted to sell that account and get a similar EU account ? thats fair enough. Then after I let him on the account with a sign of good faith I see this post from himself on IRC;

He said he couldnt do payment yet as he was waiting on his American account buyer to pay him today? 8 Hours later still no money. I asked him what his NA Account name was out of curiosity? not given to me..
I asked him who he was and such? wouldnt tell me? Basically he was expecting me to give him EVERY last details including transaction details and everything to do with my account to him upfront on the basis that he has some feedback on this website only.

But he claims that hes some hotshot seller and I should treat him like god?

This guy wreaks and his attitude wreaks.

No transaction took place so no scam happened. His reputation is good and it seems you're trying to tarnish his name. If you had a disagreement on the sale, that's fine, but you can't post it in the "Scam Busters" forum as no scam took place.

So Attempting to scam? and what reputation? there isnt one. Look at the threads and posts of other users, even verified ones.

He refuses middle men, he doesnt want to share any information. Just because of some minor transactions which could easily be friends or minor 20/30 euro investments or sales. His priors with failing to pay people who he mediated for and dodgey dealins and you want that to all be covered up for what? You're doing a dis-service to your website by not allowing such experiences with people who want a trust worthy/buyer seller the full stories and information.
