Advise please

I just joined and want to buy a w.o.t account someone is selling.This is all new to me and im not sure how to trade and what i need to do.I have a paypal account,I dont mind handing the cash over but how secure is it? Will i get the goods? Sorry to sound a complete noob but this really is the first time i used anything like this.

Any advise is welcome

Im not familiar with how WoT works, but you should ask for proof of account ownership first. A screenshot of some sort would work. Once you're comfortable I always recommend a 4 step process, unless the seller your dealing with has lots of good feedback, then you can cut it to 2 steps.

1) Half payment upfront
2) login info received - login to check the account
3) 2nd half payment
4) SQA, email change and whatever other critical info you need should be provided.

if its a trusted seller,

1) full payment
2) Full account info

sometimes a reputable middle man is a good way to start too, they can be found on this site as well. you can read through their feedback history and check up on them before ever using or contacting them too
