I've posted a wow auction thing advertising my wow account i want to sell. I've been msg'ed asking for armory link and server name.

i read http://www.mmobay.net/custom_page,page,10,topic_id,content_pages which says don't give out armory links does include not releasing information what servers the chars on?

also when it comes to hand over time is any other information than cd key, password and secret question answer needed? and ive had my account since vanila im not 100% sure secret question answer is, if i see the question ill prolly know what it is but where do i find the secret question?

You absolutely need your SQ/A. Go to the b.net page and try to change the email it says the question and asks for the answer. As for cdkey, meh.

The no REAL armory rule is kinda silly, just a precaution. In the end blizzard wont do anything about it because they never know for 100% sure it's actually the armory of the real toon you're trading/selling/buying because you could just hand out some random guys armory and if they did take action they'd end up banning a whole lot of innocent people.

That means do not post the armory link in your auction. If someone is interested in buying your account, then feel free to send them the armory link.

Thats everything. They'll need to change the email also, but they can do that on their own.

I believe you need to call Blizzard to find out your Secret q/a if you don't know it.
