What is the dispute about? The individual scammed the account I sold to him and asked for a refund from paypal.

Other details / notes: The account was sold april 25th, and actually I have just found out today that he is RESELLING the account I sold to him: http://www.epicnpc.com/threads/613084-2x-Rift-Accounts. He posted it the day he bought the account from me and then he contacted me on april 26th the day after that saying that I recovered the account. The 60 mage is the account I sold to him.

well i found him hes previously banned. multiple times.

I would recover your account if you can

And hes banned again,

Now I would always google people skypes and always make sure an account is really recovered before refunding, very common scam to change email and say it was recovered.
