What is the dispute about?

Basically. I bought this account and instantly got it. Thinking he was legit since nothing has happen to it for about 2 weeks, suddenly it had an email change. I contacted EA support about it but I didn't have information so I couldn't get it back. The account was either hacked by him or he retrieved it again by using information.

Other details / notes:

I noticed his thread used to be filled with accounts, now its just "not working".
He has ghosted me on discord and hasn't been on EpicNPC since 10/29/2021.
What's weird is that I never got an email from EA saying email change or anything.
Also, I heard he scammed other people and also 1 of my friend.
Judging how couple of people reach out to me about him makes him more suspect. (thanks guys)

sorry im not involved but i noticed for quite awhile something was suspicious about this guy and accounts he sold was similar to https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/pc-...-i-cheap-prices-29-accounts-in-store.2000257/ & https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/pc-...s-cheapest-prices-best-market-offers.1943559/ . he built up his reputation on this new epicnpc account @Jaden Mason by verifying it and built up positive feedbacks at the start by making purchases as less as $1. he also seeked help from his other customers by offering them a reward for lending him their paypal to receive payments from other customes & sending him the received money thru cryptocurrency so that after his scam he wouldn't have to deal with any disputes. pretty trash human being

As i told @Angel its the same scammer who comes every month i have sent proof and got him banned 8 times till now but for some reason this time even tho i sent so many proofs he was not banned from the start and now he has scammed around 10000$+ easily

Even tho i got him banned so many times on different accounts but this time apparently he had done some kind of video verification which till now is confusing to me how after so many red flags no action was taken against him.He is legit earning 5k+/month just by scamming people on epicnpc.

i got all his old accounts banned i sent proofs to admins and everytime he was banned but this time for some reason admins didnt ban him even tho the proofs were more then enough but apparently he did some kind of video verification with which he got a green slip for not getting banned.

i feel like it is absurd and unfair because i had potential/previous customers who bought from said multiple times scammer. i did warn them, @Endtime warned you and EPICNPC let it slip by. now he has scammed god knows how much he did and whose fault can it be pointed to? you were given red flags and admin chose to let it slide. now a terrible thing has happened again.

you can dispute f&f payments, but issue is he didn't accept those payments on his own behalf. he would ask his successful customers to "borrow their paypal" to accept other customers payments and afterwards ask the person who agreed to help him to send the funds in crypto. that way after he scams and buyer opens a dispute he wouldn't have to deal with the paypal dispute since it isn't his account. such scum behavious which could have all been avoided.

yea i know friend and family can be disputed by financial institutions when customer approached them but mostly its a headache so people dont bother to do it.

This was a terrible mistake to accept something like this without thinking why does he need it. Paypal is not banned in Ukraine so was obvious that what he asked from you was shady.
