What is the dispute about? My communication with the seller started on 12 Jan 2023. We agreed on the amount and I provided the payment in 3 installments through Paypal by 14 Jan 2023. When the payment was completed, I reached him to arrange a certain date to complete the account transfer. He responded back after the payment 6 times claiming that this is his work week and he will reach me after his shift. As of today I'm unable to txt him in Discord (possibly he blocked me) and his Discord username cannot be found.
