Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) - Not sure; however, the seller provided me the information needed by support. This involved the Full Name registered on the account, the birthday, the order number, and the street address.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? - 1 month

Extra details: I emailed the seller after I tried to PM him here (he hasn't opened his messages on EpicNPC), to let him know that the account has been terminated and what reason I was given by GW2 by doing so... And he did respond to me, saying the only three people who know the details are him, the middleman, and myself. I'm not sure what's going on entirely but when we did the transaction, the seller PMed me (via Epic chat) all the information outside the TG because the MM doesn't need the name associated with the account and all the other personal details. I haven't heard back from the seller ever since.
I don't want to point any fingers and I genuinely don't know what happened. I wanted to play one day and I just couldn't, so I provided the information that GW2 requested I give them. I couldn't quite possibly have "recovered" an account in the first place when I had possession of it, and there was no reason for me to contact support if everything was going ok. All I know is I lost the account I bought and I'm $400 out.

What is the dispute about?
- GW2 support claims that the account has been blocked due to multiple persons contacting the support team and being able to provide the necessary account verification information to claim access to the account. Once an account has entered this stage, the account is no longer supportable because the account can no longer be secured. In short, the integrity of the account and its login information has been compromised beyond recovery.
