Account taken back from Raphael21 after 20 days of purchase

My account was retrieved by his original email 20 days after i bought it from him. I was able to look from my downloaded past matches to see that he has changed the steamid and profile pic. As you can see i wasnt given a original email so he can definitely retrieve his account.

His skype account was alin_fcb10 and now he has changed to volkonsky.eu.

The steam login sold to me was mondi63 which i kinda suspect he is trying to sell the current DMG account.

i assume he can probably get a new username to sell here. Instead is there a way to make a sticky or something to warn people of accounts names that has been taken back by sellers?

newbies to this forum such as myself dont know that even exists. the fact that nobody posts in it might also indicate not many people know of its existence. i think a sticky in the various different game sales section would be more effective. just saying.
