What is the dispute about?
I was playing on the account daily for 10 months, in july/august(this year) I took a about 2 month break due to other games and work, after getting back to the game I noticed someone else had been playing and spending my resources on it. The seller told me that ONLY facebook was linked, which is not true there was a google account linked to it aswell, in this game it's not possible to change the links, and it's also not possible to add an google link after it was linked to facebook first, when you create a new account you can bind it to facebook or google, when you link it to google first you can also add facebook but not the other way around. The system is horrible. In the last week I had a lot of work to do again so I checked if the other person kept logging in and he was, now the account is completly emptied out and not even playable anymore. I thought he could contact the OO and maybe we could have fixed it somehow, but now my patience is at an end. I did not pay 300 dollar to play a year, I was really hoping we could figure something out, but not anymore. I still have access to the account ofc, since I have the facebook, so I can login at anytime if needed, the ID matches, even tho the name got changed now.

hello RSK,
as i said, its almost 1 year, i cannot check or do anything with that account.
also, how do i know if you did somethings with the account?
with Facebook login, you can link the account to gmail or game center; how do i confirm you didn't give the access (Facebook/gmail/gamecenter) to someone else.
Basically, the login from previous owner will occur in around some weeks or one month after sale, not too long like this.

Hello. I was never able to link an account to google after it was linked to facebook first, I tried it with the 1st account I bought from you and an alt account. So I was just taking your word for it, but the support clearly said an google account was linked. I wil ask the support now when it was linked so we can be sure. I'll post a screenshot when they reply. I still play the game, there is no reason for me to do this myself, why would I waste well over 3 years of progress for nothing, I even said to you it's not about a refund I wanted the account back. So normally the previous owners take it back after weeks maybe a month, what would you do then? Do you delete the owner after some time or how would you get in touch with them, why didn't you contact him now? I made this dispute to get you to talk about it, since you never came back online after just a "oh sorry nothing I can do" mean while I lost my account and $300. Now that the account is totally unplayable, I have nothing left.

i sold many accounts, so the tracibility will be high in a month. if is there any problem in that time, i will replace the account or money back.
but with your case, even if the nermarble support show which email the account was linked, how do i know that email was not linked by you.
the account can be linked to any if it was never linked before. no matter that is fb, goole, apple id or game center

They won't and can't tell me when it was linked, so what can we do now? Like I said I was never able to link a google account when it was linked to facebook before, and you clearly said it was not linked to google, I wanted you to figure it out, since you sold it, you're not the OO. I just wanted the other guy to be gone again like before, since you never came back to me and just said you can't do anything, this dispute is my only last option for anything, so no idea what we can even do now, I lost the account since the guy you got it from deleted everything and you took my money on top, I wasted money and a lot of time on the now unusable account, my alliance depended on me, I rushed a lot of people daily in GB and DRX, and I'm forced now to play on my alt which is years behind in progress, so what do you think would be the best outcome now? I mean you got my money and I have nothing left, I did not pay for 10 months playtime. I mean what would you do in my situation?

it's also not possible to add an google link after it was linked to facebook first, when you create a new account you can bind it to facebook or google, when you link it to google first you can also add facebook but not the other way around.

I just made a new account and tested it, I was able to link both on a new account, that means the accounts I had before were also linked to google without my knowlegde, I bought 3 accounts here, and all of them were linked to google without my knowledge which is crazy to me now, so I was wrong in that regard, just to make it clear.
It's now my word against his I assume, since the support is useless, there is no way to figure out when the google was linked, if it was before or after I bought the account, so what can we even do now?

its not correct. the account can be binded to facebook, google play, game center no matter what which one is binded first.
The Facebook is for both login on IOS and Android. So, with facebook, can login to game on Android and bind it to google play, and, login on IOS to bind it to game center or AppleID

No, i'm not the original owner. I purchased it from a game group, not here.
I tried to trace it back, but nothing can be found.

No problem,
1. The name was: HN Zackychen when I got it from you/MM, I changed it to Skhorne, now it's "end yourself" I took the screenshot when I found out the other guy has been playing my account to open this dispute, since then it got 2 agent levels, cuz he t3'd Loki and leveled up Mephisto.

Can Mods or Admins see deleted images or links in the old sell thread? Then you can see that he sold it as HN Zackychen, ARMIK censored the name when he showed it in chat.

I recorded a video to proof that Skhorne and end yourself are the same account, same ID and opened the ticket aswell so you can confirm it 100%, I show the card collection so you also can 100% be sure I had the best cards on this account, and show you the character slots, you can also check ingame if you wanna be sure aswell. 3. I never used facebook for anything else than MFF, so I have no idea how I access that, can you tell me how then I can gladly provide you with anything you want, I never changed the name or anything else, so it's still the same stuff, I downloaded the login infos tho and I can provide that for you. on the 29th You logged in from Vietnam, then ARMIK logged in from the Ukraine, changed password and removed emails, gave it to me. I logged in from Germany, ARMIK told me to wait before I change passwords and emails for a while, which I changed them on the 4th of November. I don't really wanna post the screenshots here cuz they contain IP addresses etc. If ARMIK of any other mod/admin wants, I can gladly provie the facebook account to them and they can do it aswell, no problem for me, since it's useless now anyway.

I said before I'm very patient, but it's been over a week now since I provided the requested evidence and asking how to access the facebook stuff he requested, also has been online daily, even selling an account in the time of the dispute, would be nice to finally get this over with.
