Account selling question

So I'm been following the dispute going between Vicious211 and HordeFancyMe in the Scammers forum.

My question has to do with this post above.
HordeFancyMe says: You [Seller] are held responsible if the Original OWNER RECALLS IT.

I don't see that rule at all in the MMOBay Official Rules.

So is that a HordeFancyMe rule or does that rule apply to all account sales?

The rule applies to all transactions, if someone recalls the account you traded, you are responsible for making sure that you get the account back to your buyer or reimburse him in full.

I want to buy an account from a company. But I am still afraid that if the company keep a check on this account than my privacy will be disturbed and what should i have to do?
