What is the dispute about? I bought a Genshin Impact account from him on 05/09/22, he refused to send it to me after 2 days. I contacted him today, asked for a refund because he was taking too long, and he sent me this really long paragraph on how he is a scammer, and I'll never get my money back or get people to believe him. Then he proceeded to message me on another account saying I'm going to get my PayPal banned?

It wasn't through trade guardian, so I don't expect you guys to cover the damage lost, if PayPal doesn't return the money. However, I find it really odd that this guy took the time to write that long paragraph to me, and then msg me on another account with nothing but being vulgar after blocking me


Note: The user is apparently doing this to multiple people. If you look up the Discord ID for the MM account, there is multiple reports on him open.

It asked to submit a user's name, however the only one I have is the fake MM account. It's very possible you actually aren't associated, but be ware that someone is using your name as an "EpicNPC MM".

They were already attached but looking at it again, I don't see where his e-mail is listed.

Without an email there is nothing linking this to iftarparty.

Discord usernames are not acceptable as evidence.

• We do not use Discord. Our middlemen do not use Discord. All Trade Guardian services are on Epicnpc, NEVER off-site or via email. We do not investigate Discord disputes. Please contact members on our website.

Due to how easy it is to impersonate members on Discord, we have decided to end all reviews for Discord scam reports. Discord is now use at your own risk. We will assume 100% of discord accounts are fake and any disputes will automatically be closed if that was the primary contact method.

For feedback, if someone disputes a feedback and the sale was on Discord, we will also not review it. The feedback will be immediately removed.

Members can still use Discord and post it in their threads. However if a problem is reported and all communication was on Discord we will not review it.

Please use our on-site chat instead.

Clarification:

• If payment proof is provided, we will review the dispute as normal.
• This rule is for Discord impersonations reports only. Meaning a veteran member is impersonated on Discord by a scammer.
  • Scammers do not impersonate new members. We will still investigate these types of Discord reports.

I said in my post below that I didn't associate the user with this, however, his name is the same, and therefore they are impersonating. I also never expected any resolution here, it was just to raise awareness.
