Account Safety Question

Ok I will try and make a long boring story short:

I was botting a druid on a new account. I get booted and a message from blizzard saying my account appears to be compromised and it has been locked. I had to send them my license to get it back up and running, took all of five minutes.

Question 1 - What is that considered? A suspension? Ban Etc? I was back playing the same day so kinda weird.

I hate the feel of dirty accounts so I finished botting the druid to 70 and moved him to another one of my accounts that has never had any suspensions bans etc.

Question 2 - Since I moved the druid does any past disciplinary action move with him? Or is he clean on the new account?

Thanks for the help.

That is not a warning or suspension. Basically they think someone had hacked your account so they locked it for your safety, you are not in their bad books.
Completely clean, you didn't need to move the druid either.
You have nothing to worry about.
If they think you are botting it will be a suspension/ban, you won't need to send in any Photo ID or anything as they beleive the original owner is responsible for that. Bit odd they thought someone had hacked your account though, were you accessing it from a different IP? Anyone else have the information?

I was accessing it from a different location. I was on vacation, but only one state away, I live in Georgia was botting on my laptop in Florida. =)

Maybe that saved my butt. Oh well, guess I was due some good luck after all the accounts I have had banned...

the way i see it, as long as the IP change is reasonable given transport time (e.g. 2 hours between IPs - state to state drive) - blizzard will not flag it.
