Seller hasn't been online in days and I'm only one of 3 accounts they've sold that have been recovered. I do not want the account back (I know they're most likely lying about reaching out too hoyoverse support aswell) I just want a refund from the seller.

Account was recovered within 2 weeks, messaged seller and was given a dry response.

They also claimed they'd have too contact hoyoverse support for me? Never questioned my statement either, just believed it because they knew it was gonna happen they gave themself away with that. Also they can very easily lie about having reached out too hoyoverse support, also what would they even reach out with? The recovery information that should've given to ME? I don't want the account back(even if I could I still don't want it) I just want a refund.

Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread.
Can't open a support ticket because I was never provided any recovery info, I've also since linked the email that was associated with the account too another genshin account. The seller's evasiveness is pretty damning though in my opinion.
Did the seller say he's the original owner? No
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) They only provided the trade guardian log info. They never gave me any recovery info or receipts if they even have any.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? I only logged into it once on the day I bought it and didn't log in again till the 17th.
