Describe the problem:

The seller recovered the account. The Valorant account username is 2ez4niko7, the seller is the first owner (@2Ez4Us).

I bought it to the seller (@2Ez4Us ) on Mar 5, 2024.

I stopped playing so I sold it afterwards to another user (@ArgusEyed ) on Jul 16, 2024, knowing that nothing happened to me while using it, everything seemed safe.

@ArgusEyed asked me for the OG mail and receipts of the account, so I asked to @2Ez4Us right away, knowing they were the first owner :

I didn't login on EpicNPC for a while, I was busy elsewhere, so I only saw the answer today.

Today, Jul 27, 2024, @ArgusEyed told me the account got recovered :

Exactly 5 days (Today) after the original owner answered to my DMs about OG mail and receipts (without giving me any information as you can see), the account got recovered.

I have no informations about first mail nor receipts, @2Ez4Us is the only one that has these informations and was able to recover it.

I am a honest trader. I trusted @2Ez4Us I bought his account with trust, enough trust to sell it afterwards. He recovered the account. I paid for it and he recovered it.

My own honesty is at stake because I sold this account to another user, @2Ez4Us scammed me & @ArgusEyed at the same time!!

I have no obligation to resolve this matter on my own, having made it clear when selling the account that I am not the original owner of the account, but what kind of seller would I be if I didn't intervene for the person that bought it from me and trusted me ? If I didn't sell this account to @ArgusEyed , I would have probably been scammed directly anyway, so please help me and @ArgusEyed get justice!

PS: This is a Trade Guardian transaction, but after making a report explaining absolutely everything, adding some screenshots to Trade Guardian's chat, a Moderator told me to open a dispute here, on Scam Disputes forum:

You never gave me your Discord tag, we never talked on Discord, I asked you if the account was available in EpicNPC DMs and started the MiddleMan service right when you told me i could buy, and then when the Trade Guardian transaction finished, we didn't talk anymore until the moment I asked you about OG mail, date of birth and receipts (Jul 16, 2024), because @ArgusEyed asked for them, so I tried to make things right, and at least ask the first owner (you) for these. I didn't even bother asking for myself.

I NEVER had any of these informations/documents needed to recover an account. You only answered "yeah why" to my request, which isn't any type of account recovery information/document.

We never chatted on Discord, I'm 100% sure. The transaction was quick and we only talked on EpicNPC.

You never posted any valid Discord tag on your previous posts, I double checked. You're lying, we never chatted on Discord. You can double check your Discord chat history.

The only mail about the Valorant account I got was my own, because the MM asked which mail I wanted to link to the account, then he linked it. You didn't give me any additional information/mail/document.

I don't know the first mail of this account, the birth date, I don't have any of the payment receipts, you didn't send me ANY of these, I can't recover it, you're the only one able to do it, so yeah, I can only guess YOU recovered it. On Monday, I ask you for the recovery informations you never gave, then 5 days later, the account gets recovered, what a timing.

I nearly have 4x your ratings without any issue or complaint either, and I always have been trustworthy on any trading website, whether as a seller or a buyer.

Look, I wouldn't even try to make justice about this issue if I was the one that recovered the account, because I put on my selling post that I wasn't the first owner.
I know the rules, I don't owe anything to the buyer if the account gets recovered in that case. I'm just a good guy, and I don't like to sell an account that gets recovered by the first owner less than 2 weeks after I sold it.

It's pathetic.

Unfortunatly all i can do is ask Gamermarkt about the account i bought it from
Ive sold like 3-4 Valo accounts in the same month all türkish, with couple skins

Unfortunately, you put on your sale post that you were the first owner, and told me in DMs that you created the account by yourself with a VPN.

Also, the Valorant account login (2ez4niko7) has a similar nickname than your EpicNPC nickname, which is 5 years old.

You have to chose your username on the second step when you create a Riot/Valorant account, right after you put the OG mail, and it's a step you can't skip.

How did you buy it from another Market if it has your own personal nickname for login, and I guess, your birth date?

Anyways. If you tried to recover it, just give me the account access back and recovery informations in DM please, so I can give them back to the person that bought it from me, and all of this will end, hopefully.
I just want to make things right for him and stop this nonsense. I can't stand seeing somebody being sad about something I sold them, honesty is the best way to make things right.

I hope you understand. I won't blame you nor judge you if did something you now regret, but you have to fix this awkward situation if that's the case, so we can all find peace again.

Im not at fault here i cant do more than contact gamermarkt, what a coincidence u have the account everything works fine you sell it gets recovered? What if it got banned or locked or deleted bcs of trading or did he change the currency of the account try to contact support about something? I cant do more and i didnt do something i regret all i did i sell 4 val accounts and u are the only one complaining im not at fault its between you and the guy u sold it too so maybe look with him idk

Nah, that's not how it works.

You sold an account to me, and it got recovered. I don't have any recovery informations.

You have to do something about our transaction, i've been fooled first.

Don't try to turn the tables, you've lied multiple times and proven that you're not entirely honest.

The account has been recovered by the first owner for sure. No support bs, no ban (match history showed new matchs), nothing like that, password and mail suddenly changed, no mail received about any password change, mail change or suspect activity, it's a first owner recovery 100%.

You claimed to be the first owner in → your trade post. (lie?)
You claimed again to be the first owner when I asked for a confirmation in DM (and lied twice?).

You first invented Discord conversations and said that you gave me all the details via Discord, which was again a lie.

You HAVE to do something. Either give it back to me in any way, or refund me.

You can't just get away with it like this, you claimed to be the first owner and didn't give me account details like birth date, OG email, receipts of purchases, and it got recovered. You then are at fault.
You claimed to be the first owner, you owe me the account back, or a refund.

If you don't want to cooperate and help me get the account back or refund me, we will then wait for an EpicNPC Staff answer about the forum rules, first owner's responsability, and what has to be done.

You can't just say "you're not at fault", "you bought it from a website" after telling me clearly that you're the first owner, and put it on your trade post, and just say that you are not at fault and that's it. You have to take responsibility. You are responsible.

I say on everything i selll im original owner since it works like that on Drakensang, im own every acc but nit the first first email since it was created on a tr email and gets deleted after sometime ive created every val account as a tr acc so the shop is cheap so i technically do not own the first email im not türk

Actually i only sold 2 acc i saw i remembered i gave a friend lf mine 1 acc for free which was worth a 100 too so call me whatever u want i know what i am

Well, there are rules on this trading forum, and as long as you put yourself as the first owner, you have to take responsibility. You can't just say multiple times that you're the first owner, and afterwards say that you lied and reject responsibility, rules are rules.

He didn't contact support. He knows how it works. He will only contact support to get the account banned if justice isn't made, so he'll not be the only one losing. It's his own choice and I have nothing to say about that. But he didn't get the account banned. He got robbed. He had 2FA enabled so any hack attempt send an alert to 2FA devices. No 2FA alert. He got Valorant Tracker alert for recent match but wasn't playing at all, so he tried to login, password was changed. He tried to change password with mail, his mail wasn't binded to any account. No mail received about any change on the account (you always receive a mail about password/mail change when you get hacked). It's a support recovery of the account by the first owner, it can't be anything else.

That's your problem, you still have to compensate me somehow. Refund, or get the account back and give it back to me with the recovery informations. I won't let you just lie to me, rob me and act like nothing happened and you're not at fault.

Yesterday i was able to log in on tracker. Today that you saw post you removed it. Account is not banned is just recovered. Since you are the original owner you can recover it for me easily. None of what you say makes sense. Why you dont want to recover account? Anyway If I do not get back the account I will contact riot support and get it banned for account selling too. Since i have all proof of that. If you would be kind enough to just recover the account for me and give to @MaeZ all needed to recover the account I would appreciate it. Otherwise you will not win anything in this. Riot account will get banned and here you will get banned since u stated u are the original owner and can recover it easily. You even said yes to @MaeZ when they asked if you have the information about recovery. By what you are doing you are losing and I am losing. There is no winning. So just write to me, and lets not lose anything for both our sakes

@2Ez4Us let me reply to you. Nothing was requested from support. Account is working fine and is not banned. I can't log in thats all. I was watching tv when i got a tracker alert for recent match. And someone played raze on sunset. After that i tried to log in but couldn't
 
After @MaeZ texted you about the information about first mail, receipts, birthday, you said yes. Its your words and you can't change story whenever you want. If we can resolve this I would appreciate it
 
@2Ez4Niko yes i do. And i will get it banned if i dont get it back. For something i payed about and get scammed like this. Just why? Couldn't you leave account like u had for last 4 months. You want to sell it again?
And by the way acting stupid like this while u have same username, said yes to information, and stated you are original owner is not fooling anyone. So lets wait for admin then

Its 105 $ for you. Apparently you have seen @MaeZ and mine transaction. Why you were making sure it was sold? Before recovering it? And if you cant recover it you still have full responsibility and should refund. I don't understand you. Do you think the rules dont apply for you? I really wish you gave me the account back. Either way I am really tired arguing with you.

You're clearly immature and so far from this website rules. You can't just make your own version of the story, drop lies every now and then about where is the account from, if you're the first owner or maybe not really, you act like it doesn't count, but it in fact does here.

Let me tell you what I think happened there.

- You OBVIOUSLY asked support for account recovery when you saw my message about original owner informations (date of birth, OG mail, receipts). 5 days after you saw my message and answered, it was recovered, the timing is just about what a game support would take to answer somebody trying to recover its account.

- You answered me without even bother giving me any of the informations asked, not a single one. You just stated that you had them when I asked for them, but hey, if you SOLD it to me, you should give me these important informations about account recovery, you acted really sus from the start.

- Starting from there, you tried by all means to reject the fault on me.

- You lied about a Discord discussion between you and me that never existed, and stated that you gave me all the needed informations for recovery, and insinuated that I had therefore recovered the account thanks to that.

- You then talked about a third party website where you supposedly bought the account, but you checked the box saying you were the first owner of the account on your trade post, and also confirmed me in private messages you were the first owner. The account has your nickname in it, you made it, not a third party seller, you HAVE to enter your email, then nickname, then date of birth. You said recently that YOU DIDN'T REMEMBER which date of birth you put. You HAVE TO put a mail, a nickname and a date of birth when creating a Valorant account, so you didn't get it from a third party website, if you put the date of birth by yourself? You created it!!! You lied to reject the fault to a third party website, because it creates a new entity that could've tried to recover the account. This is a scenario that suits you well in this case, but you have not shown any proof of what you are saying, I have shown all the proof of your dishonesty and your lies all along.

- Every time one of your lies that doesn't hold water gets exposed, you try to find someone else to blame with agressivity. You are the ONLY one who has the information necessary to recover this account. You stated it in your sale post, and confirmed it, YOU are THE ONLY first owner, THE ONLY ONE that has the informations to recover the account, because you didn't bother giving me these. Everything that follows is just a huge charade to try to redirect suspicion elsewhere.

- I don't know @ArgusEyed at all. they're not my friend, I don't even know which pronouns they use to be honest. You no longer have any relevant argument apart from accusations that make no sense.

The following is about payment options, then we went to Trade Guardian with a MM, then I sent the message about account informations to the first owner, to the buyer demand. I didn't have to, but I asked, because it looked like it was a must have for the buyer.
Then, the they came back to ask me about the account yesterday, and explained me about the problem. I directly asked first owner, because it couldn't be anything else than first owner recovery with Riot support.

- My final words will be that anyways, you shouldn't have checked the box saying that you're the first owner and then lied, whether you're the first owner or not, and you shouldn't have kept account informations and recipes for yourself. All the suspicion about recovery is on your side because of this. Maybe I'm wrong, but anyone could see that you lied again and again all along, and you made excuses as you went along.

I'm out until an Epic Staff answers.

@ArgusEyed they talked with an EpicNPC Staff in the Trade Guardian chat, Staff said that he owed me a 100% refund for false advertising or he would be banned.
He then chose the ban. I sent you the screenshots on Discord. I'm so sorry, if I only knew this seller was a liar and a scammer, I wouldn't ever have consided reselling this account.
