He tried contacting the previous owner so I dont fault him for it but really unsure of what to do here since the previous owner took the account back and the dude is banned already.

Account was apparently bought from another seller. In any case I was told original email would be provided. Now a month later the account has been reclaimed via steam and Ive been removed with no method of access. I dont think the seller who sold to me should be banned since he also technically victim but I am mostly opening this dispute for help on what to do? I know its ddjsp fault but I still paid for an account I dont have. I have asked him to also open a dispute with mongvn who had sold him the account and has taken it back from me.

Looking deeper into it it looks like he had bought the account from someone who was banned. In any case, even if he was scammed to he had sold the account with his word that it was the original email. Due to the fact its not and it has been reclaimed Im opening up a dispute.
