Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread.
Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) - YES
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) - Seller provided the SE ID and password, POL ID and password, Destrier Beret Key, Chocobo T-shirt Key, POL email and password, original key codes, original email linked to the account, original security question, birthday on the account. I even saw the account mail address. I obviously changed the email, home address, POL password, SE password and security question once I had purchased the account. I discovered all of that was changed on Tuesday 12/10/19 when I couldn’t login. I couldn’t even reset the password because the security question was changed. This was confirmed when I spoke to SE on the phone on Wednesday 12/11/19 when they required me to get a notarized form to get the account back. I obviously could not provide proof that I was the original owner listed on the account.
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? I purchased the account on 6/19/19 and it was recalled on 12/10/19.
