I have chat logs, PayPal logs, emails from AccountsDen and a screen shot of where the account has been moved off my email (created for this account) and the Armory where the toon has been played as recently as today (I have not logged on since Monday). If necessary I will post the logs or PM to a Mod. I am hoping though that we don't have to go through all that.

Perhaps the OO recalled, not sure, but I would like the account back (unlikely since it's being played) or my money back.

Another account where I server xfer and faction xfer at my own dime and it gets recalled.... arrg.

Well, just had a great conversation with Kyle the OO of the account (he was logged into the toon when I logged in to another char I have).

He pretty much told me he recalled the account due to a problem with HomeGrownFrank and a person named... Lane?

Not sure, sounds like a 3 way deal went south.

I am guessing a refund or another account would work.

Hey Hawk, it's me Kyle. The other person is named Leafslash. Back in June is when this all first started. I traded with Leafslash and everything went smooth. Later though I traded Leaf's account to another, but Leaf's account was locked so I traded back to the other trader and took Leaf's account. I contacted Leaf asking him for a clear copy of his ID, but this took atleast a month. So I went without an account for about a month when Leaf is finally ready to get me an ID when I get a call from HomeGrownFrank that my original account was recalled. He assumed it was me but I assured him it wasn't and got everything taken care of and got Frank the account back. So after everything was done Leaf told me he was just going to keep his original account that he traded me back in June because he didn't want to mess around anymore. He offered me some lesser account. I was annoyed at first but eventually accepted his deal. However he never did give me his lesser account because he said he was waiting for Frank to lift a paypal complaint he made when he thought the account he bought was recalled. Before I finally stopped talking to Leaf he told me to just recall my original account if nothing happened. Which I did. So really Hawk you can talk to Frank, get your money back, and Frank can get his money back from Leafslash.

Happy to post whatever information you would like to verify what happened but I kinda figured the post from the OO saying they recalled would suffice.

Would you like SS of the paypal payment, emails to/from AccountsDen to show that I actually purchased the account? Pretty sure Frank will be able to verify everything, I have e-mailed and PM'ed them a number of different ways.

Please let me know what you would like and I will get them hosted and posted.

I have sent PM's, email, contacted AccountsDen via their website on both their sales and support sites but have not heard anything back.

I do not have the ability to monitor AIM (my AIM ID is Hawkwynd123) throughout the day so the best way to get in touch with me is via e-mail.

Hey Hawk, I'd be happy to give you back the account, because you have done nothing wrong. I would just prefer if the mods could contact either Frank or Leafslash about how I was basically screwed by both of them after I cooperated with them and waited patiently without an account for about 2 months. I would contact them myself but I have not seen either on AIM for about two weeks, and couldn't even get a straight answer out of them at the time this was going on.

Hey Kyle,

Ultimately I would prefer the account back versus a refund, I purchased the account to be able to play with my family (son/brother/sisters/nephews/nieces are all on the same server in a family guild). As I told you, I enjoy playing the Hunter, the toon fits my "distracted" style best.

I really don't want to get in the middle of an issue between you, accountsden or Leafslash though. If you want to give me the account back, great, I would appreciate it, otherwise I will continue to pursue remedy through here and PayPal. You should open a dispute with the issue you are having with them though.

If you do decide to give the account back, I would only ask that it not be recalled again, thanks.

Mods - I noticed that HomeGrownCharacters has not posted on this site since mid-August, their website is still up though and it looks like they have about 20 accounts for sale so I am not sure what's up with them. I guess they are still in business but it's strange that no one is around. How can I get the TWV email (is it the same as their PayPal)?

So just from my standpoint after the OO basically admitted to recalling the account I'm wondering where I fit in on this whole transaction, it seems that both parties are happy, or that the two who traded have some decisions to figure out between them. I'm pretty sure when the account got recalled from me I opened up a dispute on paypal but remember having a discussion with someone about it being closed because I got the account information back. Soooooo once again just trying to figure out what the whole issue is here.
