I bought a Shaman off @raisin77 what he was advertising, since I had this guy on Discord already I contacted him through there as well as confirming who I was via EpicNPC. Raisin77 has a current dispute open with Cornage who sold him the account. I am opening this dispute against Raisin77 due to him not being able to refund or replace what has been lost.

I bought this account for 290 euro; played this character quite a lot in terms of gearing, pushing myself and investing time. I came home from work on the 18th; to find an Email sitting in my inbox in French; of the account information was changed. Now instantly its a recall; no one has had the account information other than myself and Raisin77.

I have been talking with Raisin77; ill be providing a chat log of the whole interaction with the seller; and where we stand now. I am looking for nothing more than a refund; or a replacement of what is lost.

Side note: I don't understand why you would buy an account off someone who is already got warnings on their account let alone all the account information they'e providing isnt matching up. Staff please look at

Account Recalls

Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread.

I cannot open a recalled ticket due to not having the information needed to do so; I.E OO ID; or any information in fact linked to the OO.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) No he did not; not was any details or id's passed on after the account was sold to me.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? A month
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.

The ONLY thing i have seen from this buyer, is the normal mail that says the email had been changed. This could easily been done by himself. Did he do it? I dont know, im just saying, i haven't seen any real proofs.

I have tried helping you from day 1 after the recalled happened, i have shown you screenshots, ID, facebook chat with the seller - even after that - you start threatening me about going through *** aswell - jesus christ dude. Speechless.

Yes i said it was recalled because you said it to me.
EpicNPC disputes allways wants proof besides the standard "email change mail".
Feel free to get that.

Needed information? Explain yourself. I have showed you everything i got/had concerning this subject.
So what do you think would happen if you went to blizzard livechat trying to claim a purchased account, with no ID, and an account which had multiple changes in the email address?

Dont try and corner me, or try and claim ANY of this is my fault. Im not the person who recalled it.
I understand you lost 290 euro, and thats a shame.

If i had spare 290 euro, you would get it instantly. But i dont have that right now.

Thats what it was transferred off when I bought it off you. No matter what you're trying to do here as the Admin indicates, you either can attempt to recover the account, or issue the refund.

I will refund when i have the money, but it will take several weeks. You are not getting any money right now, when i dont have them. I cant perform magic. Thats how it is, no matter what you or the admin says.

He is obviously a scammer and I got problems from his activity as well.
A. @raisin77 is obviously a reseller in this deal. He is not the person to blame. Don’t forget that trading Blizzards intellectual property aka Accounts is forbidden in the first place and risks associated with it are on both sides, buyer and seller.
B. @Illumixis - you are in a bad spot, I honestly feel for you, but nobody cares how much you have invested into something that is not yours and is against the EULA of Blizzard. Nobody guaranteed you the OO or unrecallability.
I would recommend you do following:
- open support ticket to Blizz from the last email the account was registered to. Including IP addresses. If they cannot restore, just expose the trading confirmation between Cornague and Raisin. Even if the account cannot be restored, they will ban the m..ther.fcker so he cannot scam other folks
- open a criminal ticket with French police online and provide proof from Raisin
- ask EpicNpc for last known IP address of the Cornague
- @raisin77 go to PP and dispute the transaction, or even better tell your bank that you have accidentally been scammed online (if you paid with credit card and not balance of PP)
let the imbecile feel pain

I have contacted my bank, and they have started a case.
I asked for the mail from Illumixis to get the account perm banned for scamming and trading.

Unfortunately this is just a part of selling/trading online accounts. It's not raisin77's fault as they did not recall the account, but sellers here are still responsible for what they sell.

In a perfect world, Cornague would lose the money, raisin would be refunded as well as Illumixis, but unfortunately, that doesn't happen all the time.

We cannot release IPs unless it's ordered by a court.

As far as the refund goes, we will leave this open until it's resolved.

In an ideal world I would of said the same. But sadly we're not.

I am more than happy to give Raisin some time to refund; but I want a time limit on it. I don't want this to go by at the end of the day, no matter what people say who they are when it comes down to selling an account and you do the deal via Facebook of all places if the names didnt match, its not an honest seller and people should of been aware of this. But I do understand not everyone has common sense.

If its okay with EpicNPC; could we put a time frame on this to be done by?

The other option would be to let Raisin continue selling as they do seem like they will refund once they have the funds, which may end up getting you your refund quicker.

It was expired and i relisted it. Check again dude.

Its pretty simple. I cant offer a refund unless i sell something else.
I cant sell something else when there's a big yellow sign on my user saying "trade with caution".

Did try and get the money back on paypal, but they refuse to help because of paying with "friends and family".

Ive been here alot of years, and use alot of money on advertising etc, but if i end up getting banned tomorrow because someone else ****ed me over, then thats just the way it is.
