I bought a Shaman off @raisin77 what he was advertising, since I had this guy on Discord already I contacted him through there as well as confirming who I was via EpicNPC. Raisin77 has a current dispute open with Cornage who sold him the account. I am opening this dispute against Raisin77 due to him not being able to refund or replace what has been lost.

I bought this account for 290 euro; played this character quite a lot in terms of gearing, pushing myself and investing time. I came home from work on the 18th; to find an Email sitting in my inbox in French; of the account information was changed. Now instantly its a recall; no one has had the account information other than myself and Raisin77.
I have been talking with Raisin77; ill be providing a chat log of the whole interaction with the seller; and where we stand now. I am looking for nothing more than a refund; or a replacement of what is lost.
Side note: I don't understand why you would buy an account off someone who is already got warnings on their account let alone all the account information they'e providing isnt matching up. Staff please look at

I cannot open a recalled ticket due to not having the information needed to do so; I.E OO ID; or any information in fact linked to the OO.
Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) No he did not; not was any details or id's passed on after the account was sold to me.
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? A month
