I wasn't sure if I should claim unauthorized transaction or not? The person who sold the account isn't going to work with me here...

File it as product not arrived. Say he never provided you with a shipping ID and it never arrived.. If the guy can't provide a legit shipping ID, you should get your money back.

Agreed : ) however, it has happened to me in the past where the scammer sent me a rock with a note attached (fowl language) - he was then able to provide a tracking number...

give it about a month if international or 2 weeks for domestic - he could blame it on a slow delivery (assuming he would come up with an excuse that the "SENT" date was so late e.g. personal issues? item not in stock)

but otherwise, you are in the clear.

WoW is all i have to say.WOW. Thats not even me and that gets me mad. Thats pretty messed up
