The Genshin account was recalled on 9/20/2021

The accounts username was completely changed as so with the email
When I tried to "forgot password" and put in the username it gives me an error
I first contacted my sellers and he said that he would contact his friend.
The friend(Touch) said he got it from his friend and Original owner(Nougget)
replied that he knows nothing of the account ever since he gave it to him.
I tried to fill out the account recovery form
and asked Touch for help to get information from Nougget and it took days to respond and they did the claim to not know any of the questions
After filling out the account recovery form and getting a reponse I got denied for having incomplete information

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof) No
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) He ask the current owner to unlink all devices off the account but besides from that nothing else
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? 5 Months
