Restoration and Balance (BIS), 6k Feral (Tank), Have Val'Anyr and good raid achievements. (Jewelcrafting 450 / Tailoring 425)
Character 2:
Mage (BIS) with the exception of “Heroic Choker” (It has the normal version) and Halion Cloak (It has the Heroic Frost Binders). (Engineering 430 / Tailoring 450)
Character 3:
Holy Paladin (Pre-BiS). It has the Val'Anyr and several BIS items. Although the paladin is missing a few things from full BIS, It still has decent alternatives. (Engineering 420 / Jewelcrafting 410)
All these characters are ready for high-end raid.
