Account mishap

I recently registered without realising i already had an account, i registered as dark alex and didnt realise i had already registered until it said my phone number was already in use. The phone number was added to zeffox1337. I messaged an admin explaining the same thing i explained in this thread, while I was waiting for a reply an SMod banned my account. I asked the admin if I could keep Dark alex and have this one closed but the SMod has banned it already so I'm posting here to see if I can get this corrected at all.

However, as I can see so is your second account not banned but closed.

Also, FYI as ZefFox1337 was created before Dark Alex then Dark Alex mostly will remain closed.
In almost every case the first created account remains the open one.

We normally close the new account and keep the old. Please use ZefFox1337. If you want a username change, you can purchase one in our store.

Is any of the staff able to remove my email from the newer one and am I able to claim that name when im able to purchase a name change?
