What is the dispute about?
I bought an account from qwerr07 late october. At first, everything was fine but this week when I started the game with the bought account, a new game started with the tutorial.
I took a look on forum and quickly realized that's what happen when an account got recovered. I directly contacted the seller to get answers and he told me he was not aware and that he would help me.
So I contacted the game support to ask for help, they found the account and told me it's linked to a new email that I never saw. I asked for the procedure to recover the account and they asked me a bunch of questions.
Since most those questions could only be answered by first owner, I recontacted the seller to get those information. At this point, he explained to me he is not really the first owner (even tough he claimed that he was while selling) and he doesn't have all information.
I would like to be refunded since it's clear the situation is fishy.

What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) . I only got the account that was rebound to my email
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? Around 3 months
