Warmane account got banned shortly after purchased

Bought a Warmane account (with the original email included) with two different transactions on PayPal one of 40.00 USD and one of 120.00 USD just to find it banned today. The seller told me that there's nothing he can do and that I should be aware of the risks that I'm taking when purchasing from well known and respected EpicNPC sellers, trusted, they call him. After dealing with this issue for a couple of hours I really had time to dig into the gmail account that he provided, the seller claims to be serbian but there's no serbian IP showing up on the account, only Egypt and Russia. I do believe that the seller has only acted as a middleman, that's why he had me pay to two different PayPal accounts.
That makes me believe seller did not have access to the account and just acted as a middleman (made me send payment to 2 paypal accounts), which is against Epicnpc rules.

What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
