Accidentally click report button

Hello,it seems he accidentally click report button and since he new and not very good at English he didn't know to fix it, please remove my warning trade.

Also I just notice you need to ask to get trusted badge?if can please add me too never have problem in last 3-4 years and always take responsibility if something goes wrong. thanks
