Someone got into contact with me for my league account, we discussed a price and I asked for his epicnpc profile, he told me he didn't have one and I told him that I refuse to deal with somebody without an epicnpc profile or history on epicnpc with a transaction so large, and then I told him that if he can prove the funds he is sending me are from his paypal balance and not from his bank/cc, as well as providing me with an email from the email associated with his paypal to confirm the transaction and that he is the owner of the email/paypal that I'd be willing to make the trade, this is all asked for to simply protect myself better from a possible chargeback from somebody with no history. He refused to prove that he could send me the transaction amount of 200 through his paypal balance and I refused to make the transaction, he got mad and started sending weird passive aggressive defamation sentences through discord, so I blocked him, then he created an account on epicnpc and sent me a request through trade guardian and tried to negotiate again, and I once again refused to do the transaction because he is a new user with no account history on this site. He then accused me of running a scam and submitted feedback to me through my thread, without ever actually being in a transaction with me. Screenshots of conversation below, the discord convo happened first, then the profile was created and he tried to pretend like he was someone new approaching me on the site.
I would like this feedback removed as I'm allowed to refuse a transaction if I don't feel comfortable or my requirements aren't met, and I would also like it removed because feedback is suppose to be based off of transactions and no transaction occurred between me and this person.
