I purchased an account and sent payment via goods/services through PayPal.
Today the seller wrote in rage about the fees taken and sent negative feedback.
I had not an opportunity to respond that very moment and he added negative feedback not waiting for me to get back to him.
He said its his "principal" and I sent rest of money as it was only 3.5$ he was considering to miss, only after I discovered he added feedback here though the problem (if it can be named a problem) was solved.
