How long should seller wait for payment? There is no limit from Trade Guardian as i research, i already wait about more than one hour
Also what should i do if buyer want to use different paypal account from submitted earlier to the Trade Guardian?

If you're both online and you provided the account, they should send payment within a few mins. If there's a problem, up to 24 hrs.

If after 24 hrs they have still not paid, then click the "report" button on the Trade Guardian > Active Transactions page.

If the user changes payment information, that's a problem. Our system reviews any info submitted, so if they change it, we can't check the new info. We recommend cancelling the transaction and reporting the user.
