have a few questions about what i wrote on title
about a year ago i do this kind of thing "finding account with xxx budget" on Asia Genshin Marketplace, and post was removed around april last year.
cause of removal is MM service

now when i was scrolling on MLBB Marketplace, i noticed there's one "Sticky" post doing the same thing like i do. And actually the post was even older from 2019, way before Genshin Released

so the question is
1. does this MM thing applies to certain game? if is yes then i want to know if Arknights/BlueArchive/Priconne allowed or no
2. continuing question 1, does it needs to be "sticky" post like the MLBB does?
3. if this thing allowed, does the post need an actual account available on sale?

just want to know if this kind of MM service is allowed or no.
thanks.

Hi,

1) You can offer those services IF you have those items in possession which means if you have access and you will be the one who will be proceeding with the deal, then you can offer those types of services BUT be aware. If something happens to that item, you will be at fault.

The rules are clearly stated as:
The seller MUST have inventory to offer that type of service, otherwise, we consider it to be a middleman service and it's not allowed.
However, if the seller does not have inventory, they can't offer these services. The seller must have access to the accounts. They can't search other sellers' inventory to find the account. That is not allowed.

2)No, it doesn't need to be sticky. On the MLBB account, I already verified with the seller that he has that items in possession before proceeding with a deal.

3) I don't clearly understand your question but if I got it correctly, then yes. You will need that item available to offer it. You cannot lure around from other sellers and then offer it to a buyer for a higher price. That's not allowed.

If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to ask.

So lets say i make one post in AK forum about this
And i listed 3 accounts on sale.

Now lf the buyer not interested of those 3 accounts and lets say he want "could you find me this xxx type account"

And i search (outside of EpicNPC), and show him the account that he wants and he wants it

Is this okay?
*Note that the account i searched before is already in my possession first

If you have it in your inventory (own it), then you can find him the account

Well, most of resellers are doing that. I don’t see any issues with it.

Well if you have it in your inventory to offer then yes, that’s allowed.
