Approximate value of property: The approximate worth of the two items in question is unknown for they could cost between $0.25 to $500.00 to the creator depending on their luck in game. But we discussed $100.00 as the price.

Did you do any background searching before the transaction? No, i assumed that people saling these items would be legitamte people wanting to sale items since i have purchased countless items and spent thousands so far through this website.
Have you traded with this person before? Yes, i purchased between 200.00-500.00 worth of items from this person through my wife as the point of contact in the past 2 months.
Approximately how many transactions have you done on EpicNPC? I would say safely around 18

The trade is done. So I don't need to do anything with this.

And I am selling the account too. I am quitting game because I am too busy in real life.

You never gave me the item. Not once. Why exactly would I say you did not do something you clearly did not do. Why would i continuously tell you to send me an item you already gave me? I have spent more then 100.00 in this game and with trades to players. I have all the pms between you and me inwhich i am continuously telling you to send me the item or the money. You did neither.

To exchange items You have to kill a character. Then you go to a special area in the game to then be killed to trade the items. You told me you had issues entering the first time. Then you stopped responding. I gave you a day told you again. You responded still did not give me the items. And on the third day you did the same. Not once did you give me the items. Thus i told you return the money and I will purchase the item from someone else.

I will give you screen shots of my character, my bank, my chest and there are no items of yours in them. You did not sell me a thing.

Now you can either give me the items or send me back my money. It's that simple.

I do not know what kind of proof you want but i am an open book. One hundred dollars is not a lot of money as I said before and in my post to him. And I restate it is a shame someone would risk their reputation over something so petty. Normally, I would rather get the items then to have the money. But I want nothing to do with this person after he so boldly lied and tried to cheat me out of money i worked hard to earn and tried to spend it on a game i enjoyed.

If you need screen shots I can get them, Discussions in game in which i am begging him to respond and finis the trade I have them.

Tell me anything you need and i will do what i can to provide it.

Also have him send you a screen shot of him checking his info in the new world. There is a tab in the new world that tells you when you have been attacked by your blood enemy and what they took from you. I assure you His Blood-enemy "PuppyAbuser" which is my toon has not received anything from him. I will also provide mine and show that i have not taken an item from him.

I will also speak to the GM's and have them also verify that my toon does not have and have never owned any items from his toon "SoWhat".

Let us go this route and see whom is the victim. Me or him.

For some reason i cannot post the remaining 4 SS's i took with more pertinent information proving i do not have possession of these items but that he does. Including the fact the said items are still listed clearly under his name and that if I show my characters gear and bag and he has nothing that looks close to this. Also the red Chinese markers are clearly Aarons program that places SEA Items and localize the language to English.

If the items were in my possession they would be UNDER my name which they are not, and the language would be localized. And when you look at the items under his name if they were in my possession a red title bar would appear.

This should be more then enough evidence to prove that Aaron is not only lying to me but also to you.

Aha, I knew you would try to come up with something on such a basic level. SO i took more screenshots that i intended to post last night but for some reason I could not. But now that you said it. I'm glad i held back so that you could hang yourself with your lies. As you can see. How Aaron so elegantly put it.

Means he did show me the items. Proving through his own words that the two items posted here are his. Both which as you can see from the screen shots are the only items posted Again. I point to the date in which he showed me the item as par with our conversation That I would not pay a dime unless he showed me the item. Now look at the date the Screen shot was taken. It has been more then 2 days since he showed me.

In age of wushu as I am showing in these 3 SS's that I posted. And as I stated last night. If you DO NOT have an item it will prompt you in red lettering you do not have it. My point and case. In the second screen shot I took last night. I have the book in my bag clearly marked in green as the first item in in the second SS i posted moments ago. Then I deleted the item from my bag. As shown in the third screen shot. As you can see it is no longer view-able and propts you with a red post as I circled here. Stating the item is not in my bag or equipped.

Explain.

At this point I am not really sure what it is he is trying to do. It's obvious he;s lying. It is clear that it is a scam but he is sticking to it so bodly it is shaking even my belief in rather he knows he is lying or if he has sold so many items in the past he believes he sold me the items. But that can't be the case. He could have easily checked his bag, said uh oh, and then proceeded to give me the items or resend my money. But he did niether. He stuck to this flimsy lie.

If It was to scam me I would hope he world do a better job of it then to waffle and flop about and defend himself from such a harsh accusation other then to say. I sold it he has it i'm not involved. That defense clearly is not going to work in the face of proof that he himself provided me through his actions. Though I am curious as to why he is trying so hard and so badly at that, of lying but i am also fed up with this situation and at this point i simply want him to send me back my money. I have no compassion or pity for conman, liars, and thieves.

I did sold the item. And we need to get in the special scene to complete the trade

and the scene only open in a period of time.

So we need to take time to that place and trade.

I don't understand why say I scam after the trade is complete.

Those pictures were taken yesterday night showing thenitems still clearly in your bag as plain as can be. How could you have sold me items still in your possesion?

At this point you can do 1 of two things. 1 you can remove the items from your bag and prove yourself to be a liar in the next screen shot or you can leave it in your bag and every person that plays the game can view this dispute and think twice about buying items from you if they already haven't.

Is this really worth 100.00? Really? To lose out on income for this? Why exatcly didn't you just give me the items or return the money? Every one makes mistakes but what really makes you believe your own lie so blatantly?

Just go to the wilderness and take a picture of you event tab it will tell you that my character PuppyAbuser killed and looted you. Wouldn't that end this charade?

Aaron in these situations it is the seller's responsibility to take screenshots of them trading the items to the buyer so situations like this can be avoided. I find it hard to believe you logged in game just to show him the items.

Aaron must provide the items (and proof that he provided the items) or give a refund.

Do you have any proof you completed the trade? As the seller it is your responsibility to have proof of trade so these situations are avoided.

Not sure why you are playing the victim here. These guys without a doubt investigated this process and spoke to other sellers whom play Age of Wushu and can clearly vouch that you have the items in your bag that you are saying you sold to me two days earlier. There is no possible way for you to continue to have items you had taken away from you a second earlier let alone 2 days earlier.

Drop the act. I'm losing my patience with you and your game.

You're not fooling anyone with this fake act. I have given you ample ways to prove without a doubt that you aren't a liar and a thief and you refused to use any of them. You don't have a leg to stand on.

You can easily contact GM's and screen shot their conversation if I had your items as I suggested and had me banned and them returned to you. Have you done it? No. Why? It would be the first thing i'd do.

You could easily go into the wilderness and check your records and screen shot it and expose me as the fraud crook and criminal you are attesting me to be. Have you done it? No. Why? I would have had those records here in a flash.

If I had taken anything from you and accused you of being a scammer a smart man would report this to the gms in Age of Wushu. There would be ample evidence of a con job here and they would permanently ban my account. Why have you yet to do that either?

Why are you not doing any of this. Anything an innocent man would do to clear his name?

You have so many options available to you on how to make me piss off but you're not doing any of them. Why? Are you incompetent?

I have provided proof of your sham and your shabby business practices and all you continue to do is say "I have no proof I am not lying through my teeth. My word is enough."

If it wasn't for the friends and family option I would have bypassed all this and had my bank take my money from you in a flash.

Aaron, as said before, sellers are responsible for documenting a successful trade.

Provide refund or the items. Ban in 48 hours if no refund or proof the items were given.
