I thought scammer got banned in this forum, I almost have transaction with this person but decide to back out after check his recent feedback

How to report and make sure a person like this got punished??

I thought scammer got banned in this forum.

Usually, we don’t ban users just because they’ve had a few scam accusations, especially if the deals happened outside of TG. But I’ll add a warning tag so that people who don’t check the feedback closely can be more careful

Thanks, the warning tag really helpful even if they not get banned... his rating more than 4 stars, so at first I don't pay much attention until I click his profile and checking the last 2 feedbacks
