it is already ruled , since i paid it via Family i can't already refund the 25$ that i sent him since i just tried to get my money back since i didn't received the apex account that he's selling. i also sent him bitcoin which sums to 55$ , he deleted his convo in this so i don't think it's enough proof but if possible i want to get my money back on the paypal that i sent him.
