This website https://smm10.com Lures you in for cheap services. They have a website as mentioned earlier. They would ask you to add Funds to your account in there website..... Minimum is 0.01 Eth. When you click Add Fund it redirects you to PAYEER where you can select Eth or any other crypto currency for payment. When you make payment to the wallet address provided by the Payeer you would expect that amount would be added to your account at SMM10.COM .... but it wont. When you contact the owners of SMM10.COM they woul tell you that they haven't received the amount whereas Transaction hash would say that trancsaction is completed and amount has been transfered to SMM10.com. Then id you contact them on Telegram they would tell you to tray again. This way they get people to pay them twice,
