As of July 1st 2015, paypal is deattaching from ebay, this is huge for the buying and selling community because what it means is that they are adding buyer protection for intangible items.

As a business student and someone who has worked very closely with Paypal for a long standing period of time. Here are a couple tips and advice I'd recommend before July1st.

1:
NEVER under any circumstance do a purchase through friends and family on Paypal, you give complete control to the seller and you will have to go through a 4 month long ordeal if you want to retrieve your stolen money.

Those who want to sell an item can wait the days it takes, after all it's YOUR money not THEIRS.

2:
WAIT for July 1st 2015, Paypal will be hugely upgraded for intangible items, meaning sellers will have to provide suffice evidence of them giving away their accounts if a claim in filled, and they can no longer just say "It was an virtual item and sent online" They will need hard proof.

Hopefully this will weed out all the scammers on this website. As someone who never will or understand why people are so disgusting to cheat and steal from other people. This is my advice to you

Cheers, GOODLUCK

I am personally no longer paying gift when buying. Risk your paypal account sending too many gifts as well.

I will stick only to Wesern Union and Skrill then when sending higher amount.
I only use PayPal to recive my MM income.

This will be a hard lesson for those thinking they will have educated ppl send payments by gifting or friends and family. Protection for gamers now changes the "game" no pun intended.

After the new changes, it's literally impossible to prove you actually shipped the item. 99% of cases are now won by the buyer. Sellers will slowly move elsewhere because there's no point in selling through a company that never pays you. If you get caught sending F/F you risk your PP getting banned so I suggest to keep low amounts on it.
