My deadline for this to resolve is 4 January as shown on the screenshot below (1 day earlier as we need some touch up on everything), after that, we are not open for any private resolve.

Currently he is already getting in touch with us, however we are still waiting him to sign a dispute cancellation form requested by our payment gateway provider, should he refuse to sign I will proceed wit this.

- Buyer claim that he made 3 transaction, 2 went through, one not.
- We give green light to the buyer to do whatever he want (chargeback) with the failed transaction and said dont touch the successful one.
- We receive the chargeback dispute shown on the screenshot below stating that buyer initiated 2 successful transaction chargeback on us and our gateway provider request buyer to fill in the form if it is a mistake.
- we asked the buyer if it is a mistake, he claimed that he only chargeback the failed transaction and never touched anything with two successful transaction but our gateway provider clearly received the dispute from his bank as shown.
- Customer refuse to sign the dispute cancellation form (we cc the email) nor email our payment provider to sort things out (talk to them for not unable to fill the form but verify that he do not and see what else can be achieve) and keep saying that this is not his problem and want us to believe that he is not charging back and demand our gateway provider to talk to their bank when our gateway provider clearly stated what they are looking for (they wouldnt go through us if they want to deal directly with his bank).
- deadline coming and we do not have time anymore.
