A couple of questions

Need some help here.
1.
I just bought someones account. They said they didnt have authentication key/secret question , but they changed the email to mine. The user had quite a few posts and a few trades nder his belt so i gave him the benefit of the doubt. Is there a way that he could reclaim the account with authentication key or secret answer, even though email adress is mine??

2.
Someone told me that to use a credit car (to transfer) on an account , the card has to be from the same country as the account is registered to prevent trading n all. Is this true or not?

as long as he has the last name and secret answer, its too easy and quick to recall the account matter less of the email ownership

any credit card would be satisfactory

Ok,
then please keep an eye on... ah damn will find out the user's account name gimme a sec lol. Well the account is registered in a different country to where he lives, 3 years ago, so i doubt he would have authentication key/secret question/last name as these are unchangeable... still i dont like to risk things.
i will get the name now gimma sec.

Mygland is the user's name. i didnt find anything suspicious about him. I will now try to transfer server. thanks for the advice. Tell me if you find anything suspicious about this guy. He may just be letting me lvl his char to 80 and then take it back.

Boneshaman, it seems that you are wrong about the credit card. It in fact doea rejecr it at the final stage. my friend also tried on an account too. i geuss i gotta find someone from serbia now lol.
