1, Talking nicely to me
2, Acted that he's afraid of Chinese sellers or Chinese websites
3, Gives detail about his member info with high rep + positive feedbacks to get trusted
4, Since he lives in Germany, no choice for "Send payment as gift" on PayPal, I suggested him to pay with Moneybooker
then he said he doesn't have any debit/ credit card with him.
5, Gave him a shot then, I quoted him the price, but instead of waiting him to pay me, I created an invoice with
necessary information under terms&conditions and sent it to his email associated with his paypal account.
6, He saw the invoice, know that no way he can dispute chargeback against me, he deleted my Skype
