Added him on skype re: his available accounts, sent him the paypal transaction and he claimed he was "tranferring the account" over but just deleted me and wont respond. typical scammer

He has multiple scam accusations against him, so I added a warning to his account.

However you need to post proof for a ban.

1) Post image of Paypal payment, make sure his email is visible in the image
2) Post the chat logs where you send him the payment, he confirms and gives you the fake login info then signs off.
3) Right click his Skype username, select Profile Details and post an image of that window.
