I received (unfortunately) another paypal dispute for unauthorized transaction from this user one month after purchasing an Early Supporter Discord account.

From what is written in the paypal message, it appears that he has opened the complaint through his bank for unauthorized transaction.

I will attach the same material in my possession to the paypal dispute.

Paypal will make checks where it will associate the IP address that appeared in the conversation (and in my email) with the same IP address from which you sent me the money and will pass this material to your bank.
Be careful when engaging in bank fraud.

Hello there,

I am very sorry for the current circumstances, and the dispute was NOT intentional.
The credit card linked to my PayPal account was one of my family members' credit cards. I got permission from them to use it. I have used it for a while now without any issues. I bought your product, and a couple of days later the credit card owner asked me If I was familiar with the payment that I have made as it seemed strange to them (70 euros). By then I did not clearly remember the payment I have made a while back, so I said "I am not sure." A couple of days ago, I got a dispute email from PayPal that I did not see as I was on vacation at that time (15th July - 27th July) saying that the bank has issued us a refund for 70 euros as a dispute opened.

In addition, my PayPal account has gotten limited as you can see in the images attached below which make me unable to withdraw or transfer money at this given time.
At this time, I am unsure of what to do but I am willing to somehow pay you the 70 euros back that have been unintentionally disputed.

I am willing to cooperate with you because as I stated, this was not intentional. Please let me know what I can do.

I received an email from paypal (24 jul) informing me that a case had been opened through the bank and moreover, the funds have already been withdrawn from my paypal.
After this, my account went into negative by 70 euros.

Paypal asked me to explain what happened and how the product was delivered. I have attached all the information in this thread and I have just received another response from paypal which I am attaching:

In this email he explains that 70 euros have been CHARGED from my account for this practice for "other" reasons and also I want to translate the message in the red square:
We have charged you a dispute fee of EUR 14.00, as your account was classified as a Standard Dispute Fee Level when the dispute was opened.

At this moment, I have a negative account of 84 euros. 70 euros for the purchase and more 14 euros subtracted for the contestation fee

I will try my best to resolve this situation and transfer the money to you through one of the payment methods you have given me, or through PayPal again if it is possible.
Is there any way for you to be able to accept any form of giftcard, as that would be easiest at the moment. If not, I will totally understand.

I will also try to get in contact with the bank and attempt to drop the dispute & refund you the money + the 14 euro fee.

Again, sorry for the inconvenience and I will try to keep you updated & resolve this as soon as possible.

I believe that unfortunately, we should opt for another payment method. I recommend Skrill, which is very similar to Paypal and is easy to use.

UPDATE

After two days I have not received any news from the buyer.

The buyer did NOT contact me asking where to send the money.
I believe it is impossible to send money if you don't know where to send.

Other than the messages written here, there has been no actual cooperation from the buyer.

I don't think he's really interested in collaborating. His last online dates back to two days ago, at the end of this discussion.
