How can someone change AdSense and reapply for monetization? When its already rejected recently,
And Old AdSense block reason is for invalid clicks, (which clearly indicates that you used traffic website to earn money from videos ie thebotnet YouTube method)

YouTube account disabled for invalid click activity and you got only 6k subs and earned 11k and its fishy,
And you received 400k views on 28th march alone,

And yeah its obvious that you used traffic exchange method from thebot net website to earn some quick revenue and when your AdSense disabled you just wanted to get rid of account by selling,

Just an easy guess! Or can you explain why you deleted all your old videos and can you explain how you managed to earn 11k from 2.1million views (btw explain y you got sudden 400k views on 28th march?)

Hmm seems like you used autosurf website like websyndic, hitleap etc to earn revenue on your channel and now your AdSense banned for invalid clicks,
Even if we add new AdSense it need validation and still account is in risk.
