Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it:
I bought, what i thought was a WildStar beta account from Ghostshell,
initially it seemed like everything was okay, then my first red flag was,
(the account is used to login to the wildstar beta forum, i did not try the game since the servers was down, till today)
i got a password reset initiation in my email, first i thought it was him and i get a bit freaked out, but i see
the IP (which was in the mail, i can provide that, if that is needed) is a german location, so i dismiss it as not being him
I still have no idea if this is related or not. Anyways, i change the account to another email.
The login is static though, you do not login with your email, but with a fixed username, in this case (ghostshell)
Then i realise, by reading through the forum threads, that
in fact the forum account, and the beta account, are different accounts.
I have never gotten anything else other than a forum account, and that was the only thing ever transfered to my
email. I obviously try loging in, (learning that the auth server is always up, but doesn't show any realms when servers are down)
And ofcourse i get invalid username/password confirmation.. I can still fine login to the forums, but the game no.
And i can't login to the game either when the servers are up.
Now, in the forums, where i figured out, that the forum accounts and beta accounts are seperate
there is a link to the proper password reset of the beta account itself, i try reset it, and ofcourse recieve nothing, as i suspected, as
nothing else than the forum account has been transfered over to me.
Now ghostshell sends me a screenshot he has not recieved an email either..
Which is non-proof of anything.
At this point he becomes unresponsive.
As i ofcourse would like to have my money back, after buying something that doesn't work.
And the whole things just starts feeling more and more shady.
To make it short, basicly he sold me a forum account, and not a beta account.
