Well, he says that it's Riot's fault, but I'm looking at the usernames that he used to ref my accounts and they're all below level 10 anyway... Even if Riot is slow, they updated my ref's and none are level 10 and it's beyond 6 days since I paid him. Not liking the way this is looking.
