Reclaimed account from me in May

Have screenshot of email I received in May when this seller contacted blizzard to have his account recovered. All of the details of the account had been changed (battle.net name, email address, passwords, etc) the only way to have recovered it would've been providing a cd key/ID to blizzard CS to reset/recover the account
