I got 300+CP, still playing a bit, so it grows. Gold edition+Morrowind, almost all content avalible, no shadow of the hist DLC. Morrowind is not touched at all on any of characters, so you will be able to have the best story content avalible for you.

Aldmeri Dominion
Magicka Sorceror - female high elf, gold stuff + gold necropotence + willpower jewels all gold glyphs, Grothar helm Some good set gear from dungeons. Vampire. Basicly this is my PVE character.
Stamina Nightblade - Male Khajit, gold hunding rage + gold daggers + spriggan (2 parts gold), got gold marksman set with gold bow, many good dungeon gear in bank. Vampire. My pve/pvp character.

Ebonheart pact
Magicka Nightblade - Male dark elf, gold julianos heavy + transmutation 2 parts gold. Vampire. My pvp character.
