The exception is the suspension imposed by Riot for account trading, it happens sometimes randomly within 1-2 weeks from purchase to about 1 in 100-200 accounts. That's why I advise to buy RP after at least 2 weeks. If accounts survives this 2-week period, it's safe and will stay forever with you
