Question about big orders [protection]

I just received a big big order
(500€)

What coulod i possibly do to protect myself and prevent chargebacks or win disputes?
He paid as friends and family

If any of you with more experience may help me it'd be nice

Screenshoot chat with customer ( keep it clean so u can have less pictures )
And thats it , u cant do much if he wants to chargeback he will do it.

Look around with details of that customer , make some investigation to see is he known on any other forum.

If he chargebacks via ank i can't do anytuing about it? I just lose all the money?

Well what i would do with such big orders is to ask costumer nicely to write on paper that he have purchased your item and also add his id on it and than take a pic of it all together.Dont know would it work but its worth a try

The seller's priority should be showing Paypal that the order was successfully delivered to the buyer and that the buyer is in control of the account. I request a confirmation email from the buyer confirming successful delivery of the goods, which has been relatively successful when fighting chargebacks.
It is important to only request that email AFTER completion of the service/delivery of the goods; otherwise, the buyer can claim that he has to make that statement under duress.
