I recently purchased a GW2 account without middleman for a small (30USD) amount of money. I paid via Paypal. We were corresponding via Discord, I did receive the login info but have never been able to login because of cell verification which is still under the other persons name. They've said they would login and change cell info to mine but after several attempts to contact nothing has happened. Transaction occurred on March 15. I guess my only option is to either wait and hope he comes back online which hasn't happened recently or try and attempt a chargeback. I'm assuming I wont be able to convince GW2 to let me to login without cell verification.
