Reported problem: The seller has at least one other method of logging into the game account than what he gave the mm. I received the Gmail account linked to the game, but have been logged out by the seller multiple times. You can see in the chat history that the 1st time was 30 minutes or so after completing the transaction. He made an excuse and we accepted it.

This last weekend he tried to access the Gmail account, which I set up 2 factor authentication for so I was notified and said it wasn't me, and then he began logging into the account via a different method. I started a dispute with PayPal and sent many screenshots of the conversation as well as me being logged out.

He then pm'd me asking me to close the dispute. I said I'd also contacted the game support and was waiting to hear back. He said that his PayPal account was locked and that he wouldn't risk that over the $400 I paid for the account and kept asking me to close the dispute. I said I'd let him know once I heard back from someone.

Earlier today he messaged me asking if I'd heard anything, and since I hadn't I didn't respond. He then replied with "well no problem" and then 30 seconds later I was logged out of the game. It stated I had logged in with another device and to verify whether that was me. I took a pic and messaged him and there was some back and forth. I'm sure you can see the message history.

He then proceeded to repeatedly log into the account for about 20-30 min. So basically I would log in and immediately get a notification that I had been logged out because I logged in elsewhere. This continued for awhile until he tired of it. He's in France and I'm in Texas, so I'm certain he will just access the game once I'm asleep. There is nothing I can do to prevent it, game support said that they can't unlink any previous account bindings to Facebook, Apple etc. And the biggest issue is I've spent over $1,000 on the account since purchasing it.

I just got off the phone with my credit card company disputing the charges made on the account. I'm assuming that the developers can't do anything to prevent him from logging in, so the best I can hope for is to get my money back and get the account locked so that he can't do this to anyone else.

Also, and sorry for the overly long message, he has listed this same account multiple times. After I saw that I went into the Gmail account to look for activity and there are a ton of verification emails basically showing that he has likely done this several times. My guess is he gets people to pay without using a mm, takes their money and recovers the account. Luckily I sent money as a customer & not friends and family (which he also commented on as we were waiting for him to verify funds) so I'm able to dispute with PayPal.

I tried getting the mm involved, but he never responded. Thabk you in advance for your time and assistance in this matter.

Outcome of dispute: Seller replied said he doesn't care. Was banned.
